Refunds & Exchanges
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product of the same value, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be in their original condition and be returned in original packaging together with the proof of purchase.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Exchanged items must be of similar value.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Please get in contact with us first before taking any steps.
Additional Information:
- The customer will have to bear the return postage costs.
- For Adelaide customers, free returns or exchanges are allowed only during markets or through meetups.
- Refunds will be made with 2 -3 working days once the return is approved and checked.
- Any damaged goods upon return will not be refunded or exchanged.
- Lost goods during return transit,will be handled case by case.
