Palo Santo Raw

Palo Santo is often used as a way to reset the energy around you — but in a grounded, human way, not in a “wave a stick and your life changes” way.

Think of it more like a ritual pause.

A moment to slow down, breathe, and intentionally let go of heavy emotions, stress, tension, or stagnant energy you’ve been carrying. 

How to use it:

Light the end of the stick with a lighter or candle.

Let it burn for around 20–30 seconds.

Gently blow it out so it smolders and releases smoke.

Move the smoke around yourself, your room, doorway, bed, workspace, or objects.

While doing it, keep a simple intention in your mind.
